You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. Requests made after 48 hours unfortunately cannot be accepted.

If an item shows signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery, it will not be eligible for return.

When Can I Exchange an Item?
Exchanges are accepted if:

● The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
● The item is not altered, washed, or damaged.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If your preferred item is unavailable, we may offer you an alternative or process your request accordingly.

● Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
